Key Qualifications & Desired Experience:
• Master’s degree or higher in Occupational Therapy from an accredited institution
• Current and valid Occupational Therapy license
• Previous experience in a school setting, preferably with autism caseloads
• Strong understanding of IEP development and special education procedures
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with staff, families, and students
• Ability to foster a supportive, inclusive environment for diverse learners
• Effective organizational and documentation skills
Key Responsibilities:
• Assess students’ motor, sensory, and functional needs
• Develop and implement individualized therapy plans tailored to each student’s goals

• Participate in IEP meetings, providing recommendations and progress updates
