Job Description

Qualifications & Desired Experience:
• Valid state licensure as an Occupational Therapist
• Previous experience working in schools or with pediatric populations is highly valued
• Expertise and comfort in supporting students on the autism spectrum
• Strong understanding of IEP processes and documentation
• Ability to assess and address a variety of fine and gross motor, sensory processing, and daily living challenges
• Excellent teamwork, communication, and organizational skills
Primary Responsibilities:
• Provide therapy services to a caseload of students with autism throughout the full school year
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans and strategies
• Collaborate with teachers and families to support student progress and carry over interventions into daily routines
• Participate in IEP meetings and maintain accurate records and documentation
• Engage in professional development and contribute to a positive, inclusive school community
