Qualifications & Preferred Experience:

• Valid Occupational Therapist license in Washington State (or eligibility for licensure)

• Prior experience delivering services in school settings

• Proficiency in teletherapy platforms and remote service delivery

• Strong written and verbal communication skills to collaborate effectively with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams

• Ability to develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) in accordance with school and district guidelines

• Compassionate, patient, and adaptable in addressing a diverse range of student needs

Key Responsibilities:

• Assess students functional abilities and design targeted interventions that foster success in academic and daily living tasks

• Deliver direct and consultative OT services both in-person and remotely, adapting support as needed for maximum impact

• Collaborate with teachers, support staff, and parents to ensure coordinated care and consistent progress

• Document evaluations, progress notes, and service delivery in compliance with district and state standards

• Participate in IEP meetings, providing expert input and advocacy for students

• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of evidence-based practices and integrate them into daily work
