THE ROLE






- Manage commercial real estate litigation matters from intake through resolution.
- Lead core litigation tasks including pleadings, written discovery, depositions, motion practice, hearings, and mediation and settlement strategy.
- Coordinate case strategy, budgeting, and client communications.
- Provide practical advice on dispute risk and resolution options, including related real estate transactional issues as needed.
- Work collaboratively with other attorneys and staff to drive matters forward efficiently.

REQUIREMENTS






- Juris Doctor from an accredited law school.
- Active admission to the State Bar of Texas and in good standing.
- 4 to 7 years of experience in commercial real estate matters, with meaningful real estate dispute experience.
