NEW IN – Junior Litigation Associate Plaintiff-Side Employment & Consumer Class Actions Up to $170,000 Greater Los Angeles On-Site
I'm currently working closely with the hiring team at a well-established plaintiff-side litigation practice looking to expand its growing litigation team. If you're looking to build your litigation career on sophisticated Employment and Consumer class actions while gaining genuine responsibility from an early stage, this is an excellent opportunity to work alongside experienced plaintiff-side litigators on complex matters.
Highlights:
• Dedicated Class Action Practice – Work on sophisticated Employment and Consumer class and representative actions.
• State & Federal Court Exposure – Gain experience across active matters in California state and federal courts.
• Meaningful Responsibility – Get hands-on experience in motion practice, discovery, depositions and litigation strategy from an early stage.
• Complex Litigation – Handle Wage & Hour, Consumer Protection and related representative actions.

The Role:
• Support Employment and Consumer class and representative actions from inception through resolution.
• Draft pleadings, motions, written discovery and discovery responses.
• Conduct legal research and prepare substantive briefing.
• Assist with depositions, hearings, mediations and trial preparation.
• Work closely with senior attorneys on litigation strategy and case development.
• Travel occasionally as required by case needs.
About You:
• 1–3 years' civil litigation experience.
• Active California Bar admission, or pending admission.
• Experience with discovery and motion practice.
• Strong legal research, writing and communication skills.
• Court appearances, deposition experience or an interest in Employment Litigation are advantageous.
Location:
Greater Los Angeles, California.
On-site, five days per week, with limited flexibility.
Package:
• Base salary between $130,000 and $170,000 DOE.
• Performance bonus opportunity and merit-based salary progression.
• 401(k), medical, dental, vision and paid time off.
