Medical Surgical RN - Per Diem

Role: Provides direct patient care as a Registered Nurse (RN) in a Medical-Surgical setting, promoting patient and family-centered care, safety, and quality compliance.

Responsibilities: Develops and implements individualized care plans, educates patients and families on managing their health, participates in professional development, and assesses physical, psychosocial, and emotional needs while respecting patient values and barriers.

Qualifications & Skills: Requires an RN license, a Nursing Diploma or Associate's degree, and preferred Bachelor's degree with less than two years of experience. Strong critical nursing skills, communication, and teamwork are essential.

Key Duties: Monitoring and evaluating patient conditions, collaborating with the healthcare team, documenting care, and ensuring effective communication across care continuum. This safety-sensitive role demands alertness and adherence to safety standards.
