Locums Hematologist/Oncologist

This role involves providing adult outpatient oncology and hematology care, with responsibilities including diagnosis, staging, precision medicine, and symptom management. The physician will oversee chemotherapy, immunotherapy, transfusions, and hormone therapy, ensuring high-quality patient care.

Key Duties

• Manage 15-20 patients daily in outpatient settings
• Provide oversight for both clinic and infusion center treatments, requiring MD onsite for all treatments
• Collaborate with healthcare teams and maintain hospital privileges
• Support infusion services and participate in diagnosis and treatment plans

Qualifications And Skills

• Medical license and hospital privileges
• Experience in oncology/hematology, including chemotherapy, immunotherapy, and transfusions
• Strong diagnostic, staging, and symptom management skills
• Ability to provide MD oversight and work collaboratively in a clinical setting
