Wilham Shipmere Services is hiring a Junior Dermatology & Infection Control Cytotechnologist for Wellness in Faribault, Rice County. This is a temporary position.
What you will do
• Contribute to service improvement projects on the ward or department.
• Report incidents and near misses honestly so systems can be improved.
• Take part in clinical audit and act on what the findings show.
• Manage medicines safely, including controlled drug procedures.
• Support families through difficult decisions and end of life care.
• Adapt communication for patients with sensory, cognitive or language needs.
• Recognise safeguarding concerns and raise them through the correct channel.
