Junior Nephrology & Palliative Care Nurse Administrator for Pharmaceuticals

Ockdon Tanbridge Partners is hiring a Junior Nephrology & Palliative Care Nurse Administrator for Pharmaceuticals in Austin, Mower County. This is a part time position.
What you will do
• Apply evidence-based guidelines and note when a patient's case departs from them.
• Assess patients on admission and set out a care plan with measurable goals.
• Assess risk before mobilising, transferring or discharging a patient.
• Monitor vital signs and escalate deterioration according to local protocol.
• Liaise with primary care and community services on continuing treatment.
• Take part in clinical audit and act on what the findings show.
• Report incidents and near misses honestly so systems can be improved.
