Job Description
Washington Hospital in Fremont, CA is seeking a Pharmacist for inpatient Clinical Pharmacy services. The role focuses on reviewing orders in EPIC CPOE, ensuring appropriateness and cost-effectiveness, and adjusting therapies per established protocols.
The Pharmacist will provide drug information to patients and providers, participate in quality improvement, oversee technicians, and precept PharmD students and residents. Oncology experience is a plus; ACLS/BLS preferred.
