Hospice Care Consultant

Become part of our expanding team as a Hospice Care Consultant (HCC) - a strategic sales representative role focused on our mission and building enduring relationships with key referral partners in the healthcare community.
As a brand ambassador, you will:
• Educate and inspire confidence in our services to ensure timely patient referrals
• Discover new referral opportunities by visiting hospitals, home health agencies, and skilled nursing facilities
• Engage with healthcare professionals to discuss patient needs and how hospice care improves quality of life
• Develop and execute strategic marketing initiatives to boost awareness and referral growth
• Represent our organization at community events, associations, and educational in-services
• Serve as a resource for patients and families, advocating hospice options and benefits
About You: What You Bring
You are a results-oriented, self-driven professional who excels in relationship-building and strategy with a compassionate approach. You understand the healthcare landscape deeply and have marketing experience in a consultative role.
• Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, communications, or related experience
• Minimum 2 years in healthcare sales, business development, or referral marketing
• Strong relationships with physicians, hospitals, and skilled nursing or home health professionals
• Experience in hospice, palliative care, or home health is beneficial
• Excellent communication, presentation, and time-management skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM platforms
• Sensitive to terminally ill patients and their families' needs
• Proven record of meeting or surpassing admissions and census goals
