What You’ll Do

• Provide outpatient hematology and oncology care, managing patients with solid tumors and hematologic malignancies

• Collaborate closely with hematologist/oncologists, infusion teams, and support staff

• Support patients through chemotherapy, immunotherapy, and supportive therapies

• Utilize Epic EMR for coordinated patient care

• Support 11-16 patients per day across various age groups

• Participate in multidisciplinary care including supportive, palliative, and survivorship services

• Assist with clinical trials access and telehealth consultations as applicable

What You Need

Required:

• MN License & Board Certification (PA or APP)

• 2+ years of related experience in oncology or hematology preferred

• Strong communication and teamwork skills

Preferred:

• Experience supporting outpatient oncology clinics

• Familiarity with Epic EMR

About the Assignment

This outpatient-focused oncology practice is based at a hospital with 686 beds, offering comprehensive care and access to research programs. You will work within a multidisciplinary team that includes nurse navigators, infusion nurses, social workers, and other support services. This position emphasizes continuity of care, patient relationships, and full-spectrum medical oncology and hematology management.
