Job Description
Role Overview: A community-focused multispecialty practice seeks a Hematology-Oncology Physician to provide high-quality, patient-centered care in a collaborative setting with potential for partnership.
Key Responsibilities
• Manage a patient load of 15-20 daily, treating both hematology (50%) and oncology (50%) cases
• Provide comprehensive care with on-site support including infusion centers, imaging, radiation oncology, and clinical trials access
• Deliver care Monday through Friday with flexible shift options (8-4 or 9-5)
Qualifications & Skills
• Board-certified or eligible in Hematology and Oncology
• Strong clinical skills in hematology and oncology treatments
• Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team
Compensation & Benefits
• Potential first-year earnings of $600K-$650K+
• Partnership opportunity after two years with significant earning potential
• Sign-on bonus, relocation assistance, 401K match, and loan forgiveness options (CMA & PSLF eligible)
• Generous PTO including 4 weeks and 10 paid holidays
