Job Description
Job Title: General Surgery Nurse Practitioner (NP)
Role & Responsibilities: Provide inpatient surgical care for cases related to liver and pancreas. Cover a Monday to Friday schedule from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM. Responsible for managing surgical cases, ensuring quality patient care, and collaborating with medical teams.
Qualifications & Skills: Must be Board Certified with active Georgia licensure and DEA license. Required certifications include Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Trauma Life Support (ATLS). Prior experience in surgical APP cases is preferred.
Key Duties: Deliver specialized surgical patient care, navigate credentialing within 90 days, and adhere to facility and regulatory standards.
