Job Description
Personal Injury Attorney 100% Remote $160,000-$220,000/Annually + bonus and benefits
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage a caseload of general liability/personal injury matters.
- Conduct legal research, draft pleadings, motions, and discovery.
- Take and defend depositions, attend mediations, arbitrations, and court hearings.
Qualifications:
- 1-5+ years of experience in general liability/personal injury litigation.
- Strong negotiation and advocacy abilities.
Salary and Other Compensation:
- The annual salary for this position is between $160,000-$220,000 annually, plus bonus. Factors which may affect pay within this range include geography/market, skills, education, experience, and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
