Civil Litigation Defense Attorney Houston, TX $130,000-$150,000/Annually





Key Responsibilities:


- Manage civil litigation matters (Personal injury/General liability, Premises liability, Insurance Defense, etc.,)from case inception through resolution.
- Handle all phases of litigation, including case assessment, pleadings, discovery, motion practice, depositions, settlement negotiations, and trial preparation.
- Develop and execute litigation strategies based on case facts, applicable law, and client objectives.






Qualifications:


- 1-4+ years of experience in civil litigation matters, Personal injury/General liability, Premises liability, Insurance Defense, etc.
- Strong understanding of litigation.
- Strong legal research, writing, negotiation, and oral advocacy skills.






Salary and Other Compensation:


- The annual salary for this position is between $130,000-$150,000 annually, plus bonus. Factors that may affect pay within this range include geography/market, skills, education, experience, and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
