Job Description
Role: Family Nurse Practitioner providing primary and urgent care in rural community clinics.
Responsibilities
• Assess, diagnose, and treat acute and chronic conditions across all ages.
• Manage preventive and wellness care to promote patient health.
• Coordinate services with behavioral health and diagnostic teams for comprehensive care.
• Utilize evidence-based practices, advanced clinical skills, and accurate EHR documentation.
