Role: Clinical Nurse Coordinator
Responsibilities
• Coordinate and deliver high-quality clinical care in a patient-centered environment.
• Support care teams by overseeing patient flow, performing assessments, and developing care plans.
• Provide education to patients and families about health conditions and treatments.
• Mentor nursing staff and collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams.

Qualifications & Skills
• Registered Nurse (RN) licensure.
• Strong clinical assessment and care planning skills.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
• Ability to mentor staff and engage in quality improvement efforts.
• Commitment to safety standards and best practices in healthcare.
