$130,000-$200,000/Anually + bonus and benefits





Key Responsibilities:


- Handle civil litigation matters from case intake through resolution or trial.
- Draft pleadings, motions, briefs, discovery, and other legal documents.
- Manage discovery, depositions, hearings, mediations, and settlement negotiations.






Qualifications:


- 1-3+ years of litigation experience; civil defense experience preferred.
- Strong legal research, writing, analytical, and advocacy skills.
- Excellent communication and case-management skills.






Salary and Other Compensation:

The annual salary for this position is between $130,000-$200,000. Factors which may affect pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience, years of practice, and other qualifications.
