Job Title: Project Manager/Estimator

Job Location: Dallas, TX

Job Salary: 150k - 180k + Benefits

Requirements: Heavy Civil, Structural, Construction, Estimator, Project Manager

Based in Dallas, TX, we are an established heavy civil construction general contractor specializing in large-scale, complex infrastructure projects across diverse markets.

Due to growth, we are looking for a Project Manager/Estimator with 10+ years of experience. Must have experience in heavy civil and structural construction projects ranging from $1M to $50M.



Responsibilities


- Prepare bids, select vendors/subcontractors, and estimate 'self-performed' crew compositions and production rates.
- Make scope of work determinations and perform quantity take-offs.
- Cultivate and maintain relationships with clients.
- Communicate and collaborate with wide range of individuals, including both Operations and other Estimating team members


Qualifications


- 10+ years of experience in Project Management & Estimating
- Heavy Civil and Structural projects ranging from $1M to $50M.
- Experience with Agtek Earthwork is preferred
