About the Role
We are searching for an ambitious and experienced Chief of Gynecologic Oncology Division to lead a talented team of four fellowship-trained gynecologic oncologists and one advanced practice clinician. In this pivotal role, you will take charge of both academic and clinical leadership, steering a multidisciplinary team towards delivering comprehensive cancer care of the highest standard. Your responsibilities will encompass guiding quality initiatives, education, research efforts, and faculty development, all while contributing to the strategic vision of the division and the department.
As a candidate, you should be board-certified or board-eligible in OB/GYN/Gynecologic Oncology, equipped with a robust academic and research profile in this specialization. You will be recognized as an accomplished manager and administrator who is deeply committed to fostering diversity, equity, and inclusion within the department. Your proven ability in mentoring faculty, trainees, and community clinicians will be critical in ensuring the continual growth of the division. Furthermore, you will build and maintain collaborative relationships with external partners to enhance gynecologic oncology services across the region.
To qualify, you must hold a Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathy (DO) degree, having completed an ACGME-accredited OB/GYN residency and an approved fellowship in gynecologic oncology.
