Charge Nurse (RN) - Orthopedic Surgery

The role is for a Orthopedic Surgery Charge Nurse (RN) responsible for leading a 16-bed Med Surg unit on the night shift.

Key Duties Include

• Providing direct patient care and developing individualized care plans in collaboration with the healthcare team.
• Mentoring and leading shift staff, promoting teamwork, clinical excellence, and patient safety.
• Assisting in unit operations, expediting discharges and admissions, and participating in interdisciplinary rounds.
• Performing in-the-moment audits to ensure proper documentation and quality care.

Qualifications

• RN license with 2-5 years of experience.
• Preferred Bachelor's degree in Nursing.
• Strong leadership, clinical, and communication skills, with a focus on patient-centered care.
