Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) in Concord, CA

Qualifications/Experience:

• Active California OT or COTA license required

• Experience in school-based settings, teletherapy, or pediatric OT practices preferred

• Familiarity with elementary student needs and school therapy documentation

• Strong communication and collaboration skills

• Willingness to travel between assigned schools

• Comfortable with part-time (0.6 FTE) consistent schedule

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver occupational therapy services to elementary students across five schools

• Complete comprehensive assessments and develop customized intervention plans

• Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to support student goals

• Provide therapy in person, ensuring compliance with educational standards

• Maintain accurate records, progress notes, and required documentation
