An established national defense firm is seeking an experienced Pennsylvania Workers’ Compensation attorney to join its growing practice.

This opportunity combines high-quality defense work, a lower billable expectation and genuine flexibility. The position is based in Lancaster, although a fully remote arrangement may be available for an attorney with strong Pennsylvania Workers’ Compensation experience.

The Role

You will independently manage Workers’ Compensation defense matters from inception through resolution, including:


- Depositions, hearings, mediations and appeals
- Pleadings, briefs, case evaluations and settlement analysis
- Representation of employers, insurers and third-party administrators
- Appearances before Pennsylvania Workers’ Compensation Judges
- Strategic advice, exposure analysis and regular client reporting






Ideal Background


- Active Pennsylvania Bar admission
- 3+ years of Pennsylvania Workers’ Compensation defense experience
- Ability to independently manage an active caseload
- Strong advocacy, writing and client-management skills
- Experience representing employers, carriers or third-party administrators
