Key Duties:


- Defend general liability, premises, auto/trucking, and related insurance defense matters
- Manage cases from investigation through depositions, motions, and trial prep
- Prepare for mediations and court appearances
- Work with carriers on strategy in higher-exposure files
- Handle Georgia state and federal court litigation






Requirements:


- JD and active Georgia bar
- 3–8+ years of insurance defense or civil litigation experience
- Interest in trial work and complex casualty matters
