I am currently working with a National firm who are actively seeking multiple Attorney’s to join their ranks as they look to make expansion hires across the country. In terms of the opportunity, here are the headlines:

The Role
- Handle Complex Litigation Matters: Manage complex cases from inception through trial, developing case strategies, preparing witnesses, and advocating effectively on behalf of clients in high-stakes proceedings.
- Support Insurance Defense Litigation: Assist in the defense of complex claims across Professional liability, Product liability, Auto, and Construction matters, contributing to case strategy and execution.
- Draft and Manage Litigation Documents: Prepare pleadings, motions, and discovery materials with attention to detail and alignment to overall case objectives.
- Contribute to Client Development Efforts: Support business development initiatives by engaging in networking opportunities and helping to strengthen client relationships and expand the practice.
