Civil Litigation Associate Philadelphia, PA – $200K
Our client is a well-regarded Philadelphia firm with a strong civil and commercial litigation practice. The firm handles sophisticated disputes for corporate and institutional clients across Pennsylvania state and federal courts and is known for giving associates real case responsibility, courtroom exposure, and a collaborative environment that values quality work and professional growth.

Key Duties:
- Manage civil and commercial litigation matters from investigation through resolution
- Draft pleadings, discovery responses, and sophisticated motions
- Take and defend depositions
- Appear at hearings and drive settlement strategy
- Prepare cases for mediation and trial with increasing independence
Requirements:
- JD and active Pennsylvania bar (New Jersey or New York a plus)
- 3–7+ years of strong civil or commercial litigation experience
- Excellent writing, analytical, and advocacy skills
