Location/Schedule: Fully remote, but candidates must be based in the Atlanta area for court appearances and depositions

Base Salary: $120,000+

The Role:


- Manage approximately 20–30 active matters initially.
- Draft briefs, dispositive motions and demand letters.
- Conduct and defend depositions.
- Handle court appearances and arbitration hearings.
- Lead settlement negotiations and assess case value.
- Prepare trial strategy and second-chair complex matters.
- Advise and communicate directly with executive and professional clients.


Core Requirements:


- Active Georgia Bar admission.
- At least five years of employment litigation experience.
- Strong plaintiff-side experience or highly transferable litigation skills.
- Experience with Title VII, ADA, FMLA and discrimination claims.
- Arbitration and settlement-negotiation experience.
- Ability to manage litigation independently.
- Stable employment history and strong commercial judgement.
- Based in or willing to relocate to the Atlanta metropolitan area.
