🚨 Employment Litigation Associate - Atlanta, GA (Hybrid) – Up to $160k Base + Bonus

Location/Schedule: Atlanta, GA – Four days per week in the office, with hybrid flexibility

Base Salary: $160,000, plus bonus potential

Practice: Employment, Commercial and General Civil Litigation

The Role:


- Handle employment and commercial litigation matters.
- Appear in court for hearings and other proceedings.
- Take and defend depositions.
- Draft persuasive briefs, motions and pleadings.
- Manage discovery and contribute to litigation strategy.
- Work directly with partners on case management and client advice.


Core Requirements:


- Active Georgia Bar admission.
- Approximately 2–5 years of civil litigation experience.
- Previous private-practice law firm experience.
- Experience with hearings, depositions, discovery and substantive drafting.
- Strong research, writing and advocacy skills.
- Stable employment history and interest in long-term development.
- Employment or commercial litigation experience is preferred.


Compensation and Benefits:


- $160,000 base salary.
- Bonus eligibility for billable hours above the 1,500-hour target.
