Role: The Assistant Nurse Manager (ANM) supports the Nurse Manager in daily outpatient oncology operations, clinical oversight, staff development, and maintaining high patient care standards. This leadership role involves mentoring, resource management, and fostering a collaborative work environment.

Responsibilities

Manage staff through hiring, training, performance evaluations, and professional development.
Oversee patient care, ensuring interventions are appropriate for patient needs and documented properly.
Coordinate staffing, monitor productivity, and assist in budget adherence.
Lead staff communication, scheduling, payroll, and disciplinary actions.
Support operational goals and maintain compliance with safety standards.

Qualifications & Skills

BSN required; RN licensure essential.
2-5 years of nursing experience; leadership experience preferred.
Strong communication, organizational, and leadership skills.
