Job Description
Role: Acute Care Nurse Practitioner
Responsibilities: Provide high-quality, evidence-based care to hospitalized patients in a fast-paced acute care setting.
Assess, diagnose, and manage complex conditions, order and interpret diagnostic tests, perform approved procedures, and develop individualized treatment plans.
Collaborate closely with physicians and interdisciplinary teams to ensure safe transitions of care.
Document thoroughly in the EHR and contribute to quality and safety initiatives.
Support professional growth in an innovative and inclusive environment.
