We are seeking an accomplished Vice President for Oncology Program Management to join our dynamic team. This pivotal role requires a visionary leader with extensive experience in pharmaceutical or biotech R&D, specifically within oncology. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in defining and executing project management strategies and overseeing the oncology portfolio from preclinical stages through to regulatory approval and commercialization. • Developing and maintaining integrated project plans
• Standardizing project management tools and methodologies for enhanced efficiency
• Leading and mentoring a talented team while fostering cross-functional collaboration
• Managing financial and budgetary considerations for project success
The ideal candidate should possess an advanced degree in a relevant life sciences discipline and have a minimum of 12-15 years of R&D experience, including at least 8-10 years in leadership roles related to project management. Expertise in oncology drug development, clinical trial design, and navigating regulatory pathways is essential. Familiarity with antibody-drug conjugates (ADCs), immuno-oncology, or targeted therapies is highly desirable. The right leader will be a strategic thinker with exceptional organizational and planning capabilities, promoting a culture of transparency and continuous improvement throughout the organization.
