My client, a multifamily developer utilizing prefab modules stacked over podium, is looking for an experienced VP of Construction to manage and oversee all field operations. MUST be fully knowledgeable in all phases of development/vertical construction as well as managing field PM's on multiple sites. Must have +10 years experience in positions of growing responsibility in this field, have a complete working understanding of budgets, schedules, site logistics, inspections, quality control. Preferably located in San Diego.
