Dialysis & Oncology Nurse Specialist for Medical Devices

Bradwell Holford Recruitment is hiring a Dialysis & Oncology Nurse Specialist for Medical Devices in San Antonio, Comal County. This is a temporary position.
What you will do
• Recognise safeguarding concerns and raise them through the correct channel.
• Assess risk before mobilising, transferring or discharging a patient.
• Maintain equipment checks and report faults before they affect care.
• Follow infection prevention practice on every contact without exception.
• Manage medicines safely, including controlled drug procedures.
• Work with pharmacy to reconcile medication on admission and discharge.
• Contribute to discharge planning so patients leave with the support they need.
