Description

Reporting to executive leadership, the Vice President, Asset Management will oversee a portfolio of income-producing assets and work closely with internal stakeholders and third-party operators to maximize value creation and operational performance.




- Lead the development and execution of property business plans, annual budgets, and capital investment strategies.
- Monitor portfolio performance and provide regular reporting, analysis, and recommendations to senior leadership.
- Drive initiatives to enhance revenue, improve operational efficiency, and increase asset value.
- Evaluate leasing strategies, capital projects, repositioning initiatives, and value-add opportunities.
- Partner with finance and investment teams on refinancing opportunities, debt strategy, and disposition analysis.
- Oversee forecasting, budgeting, financial reviews, and variance reporting across the portfolio.
- Lead, mentor, and develop asset management professionals while promoting a high-performance culture




Profile

For the Vice President, Asset Management we are seeking:




- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Real Estate, Accounting, or a related discipline.
- Professional industry designation preferred.
- 8-10+ years of progressive asset management experience within commercial real estate or diversified property portfolios.
- Strong financial modelling, budgeting, forecasting, and investment analysis skills.
- Demonstrated leadership experience with the ability to manage teams and influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Strong commercial acumen and strategic thinking capabilities.
- Advanced Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office proficiency.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship management skills.
