Project Manager - Raleigh - Commercial/Healthcare Projects

My client is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead complex healthcare, pharmaceutical, and manufacturing construction projects throughout the Raleigh-Durham market. This is a hands-on leadership role requiring strong client management, subcontractor coordination, project forecasting, and ownership from preconstruction through closeout.

Description







Key Responsibilities




- Lead construction projects from planning through completion.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients and project stakeholders.
- Manage subcontractors, vendors, schedules, and project budgets.
- Drive project meetings and maintain clear communication across all teams.
- Monitor project performance and proactively identify risks and solutions.
- Oversee project documentation, including RFIs, submittals, change orders, and reporting.
- Ensure projects remain on schedule, within budget, and aligned with quality standards.
- Coordinate field operations and support successful project execution throughout the lifecycle.





Profile




- Proven Project Manager experience within commercial construction.
- Experience delivering pharmaceutical, healthcare, life sciences, or manufacturing projects preferred.
- Strong understanding of construction documentation, including submittal logs and RFI management.
- Demonstrated ability to lead project teams and manage client relationships independently.
- Experience coordinating subcontractors and driving project outcomes.
- Knowledge of structural concrete, foundations, or footing work is a plus.
- Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced construction environment.

Compensation & Benefits




- Base salary up to $135,000
- Annual bonus opportunity of 3% to 5%
