Job Description
PRM Consulting Group is pleased to announce our engagement with long-time client,
CASE, – The Council for Advancement and Support of Education - to lead the retained search for the newly created position of
Vice President of Human Resources. This pivotal role reports directly to CEO and serves on the executive leadership team. Key responsibilities include providing global leadership in the development and implementation of CASE’s human resources strategy, including attracting and retaining high-performing talent, building a culture and global workforce of inclusive excellence, and ensuring compliance with required laws and regulations across the U.S., Latin America, Europe, Asia and Australia.
Qualifications include a bachelor’s degree in human resources, psychology, education, business administration or related field with an advanced degree and/or HR certifications preferred. Plus,
fifteen or more years of progressively responsible HR management experience, which must include HR experience in global organizations. The expected salary range is $220,000-$250,000, plus a generous benefits package. This position is hybrid, with three days in office and two days remote, so relocation is required for anyone living outside the DMV.
