As Vice President & Head of CRM Technology, you will shape the strategy, architecture, and development of a strategic Salesforce CRM ecosystem while leading integration, data, and application initiatives across cloud and on-premise environments. This high-impact leadership opportunity combines hands-on technical influence with team development and close partnership with senior business stakeholders.





Responsibilities:


- Own the strategic roadmap and technology vision for the CRM ecosystem, aligning technical execution with business priorities.
- Direct the architecture, development, implementation, and delivery of CRM integration solutions across internal and external platforms.
- Lead, mentor, and manage CRM developers while establishing standards for architecture, code quality, documentation, and delivery.
- Serve as the primary technical stakeholder and escalation point for CRM initiatives across technology and business teams.
- Design and build service-based solutions using Azure App Services, Azure SQL Database, Microsoft Fabric, and related cloud technologies.
- Guide Salesforce platform enhancements and ensure effective release management, environment governance, and CI/CD practices.
- Partner with business users to define requirements, prioritize work, resolve application issues, and address data discrepancies.
- Communicate complex technical concepts clearly to senior stakeholders and promote sustainable, user-focused business solutions.






Must-Have Skills:


- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or a related field.
- 10+ years of experience in CRM or data application development, including deep hands-on expertise with C#, Python, .NET Core, and SQL Server.
- Experience defining technology strategy and priorities with senior business stakeholders.
- Proven experience leading or mentoring development teams with accountability for technical direction and delivery.
- Strong SQL expertise, including advanced querying, window functions, CTEs, pivoting, and slowly changing dimensions.
- Strong knowledge of ETL tools, data integration patterns, and application lifecycle management.
- Experience designing and reviewing Salesforce integrations using REST/SOAP APIs, Bulk API, Platform Events, and Change Data Capture.
- Strong knowledge of Apex, Lightning Web Components, and Flow/Process Automation sufficient to guide and review development work.
- Experience with Salesforce data governance, including sharing and security models, field-level security, data quality, and deduplication strategies.
- Familiarity with Salesforce release management and DevOps practices, including sandboxes, change sets, and CI/CD.
- Excellent written and verbal communication, customer service, prioritization, vendor management, and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Understanding of portfolio management processes, including Positions and Transactions, and their relationship to CRM objects such as Accounts, Contacts, and Opportunities.






Nice-to-Have Skills:


- Experience with microservices and service-oriented architecture.
- Experience with Microsoft Fabric, Azure DataBricks, Snowflake, or comparable data platforms.
- Experience with Azure DevOps and CI/CD implementation.
- Relevant Salesforce certifications or Salesforce administration experience.
- Recent experience in asset management, investment management, or hedge fund environments.
- Knowledge of master data management concepts and enterprise data governance.
- Experience with Python and data manipulation libraries.
- Experience using job scheduling platforms such as JAMS, ActiveBatch, AutoSys, or equivalent tools.
- Strong technical writing and documentation skills.
- Demonstrated commitment to inclusive collaboration and respect for diverse perspectives.
