Location: New York, NY



Employment Type: Full-Time



Schedule: 4-day work week + 1 work-from-home day



Weekend: Some weekend coverage required

Job Overview



We are seeking a board-certified or board-eligible Veterinary Radiologist to join a leading specialty veterinary hospital in New York City. The role focuses on advanced diagnostic imaging for small animal patients, with opportunities for clinical practice, teaching, and collaboration with a multidisciplinary veterinary team.



Key Responsibilities





- Perform and interpret diagnostic imaging including radiography, ultrasound, CT, and MRI
- Provide imaging consultations for hospital and referral veterinarians
- Collaborate with veterinary specialists across multiple disciplines
- Teach and supervise interns and residents
- Support resident training and ACVR board exam preparation
- Participate in research and continuing education





Requirements





- DVM/VMD or equivalent veterinary degree
- ACVR or ECVDI board-certified/board-eligible
- New York veterinary license or eligibility to obtain one
- Strong small animal radiology experience
- Clinical competence in ultrasound, CT, and MRI
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Willingness to work some weekends
