About The Role
The UX Designer will shape end-to-end experiences for web and mobile products, translating complex workflows, technical constraints, and user research into clear information architecture, interaction models, and polished interfaces.
The role sits within a cross-functional product team and will influence discovery through delivery: framing user problems, prototyping solutions in Figma, validating designs with customers, and maintaining a scalable design system used across the product.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead interaction and visual design across responsive web and mobile experiences, from early concepts through production-ready specifications
- Translate user research, analytics, support feedback, and product requirements into user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and detailed UI designs in Figma
- Partner with product managers, engineers, UX researchers, and content designers to define problems, evaluate tradeoffs, and ship cohesive experiences
- Plan and facilitate usability testing, design critiques, and concept validation sessions; incorporate findings into iterative product improvements
- Contribute components, patterns, accessibility guidance, and documentation to a shared design system
- Deliver annotated designs, interaction specifications, and edge-case states that enable engineers to build accurately across platforms
- Use tools such as Figma, FigJam, Maze, UserTesting, and product analytics platforms to evaluate design quality and user behavior
What We Are Looking For
- 3–6 years of experience designing digital products, with a portfolio demonstrating shipped web or mobile experiences
- Strong command of Figma for user flows, wireframes, high-fidelity UI design, interactive prototyping, and design-system collaboration
- Experience applying user-centered design methods, including usability testing, interviews, journey mapping, information architecture, and iterative validation
- Working knowledge of responsive design, accessibility standards such as WCAG, interaction patterns, and front-end constraints including HTML and CSS
- Ability to communicate design rationale clearly, facilitate critiques, and make pragmatic decisions in collaboration with product and engineering teams
- Bachelor’s degree in human-computer interaction, interaction design, visual design, psychology, or a related field; equivalent professional experience accepted
- Bonus: Experience designing B2B SaaS, data-intensive workflows, native mobile products, or complex enterprise tools; familiarity with Amplitude, Mixpanel, Storybook, or token-based design systems
