Role: Registered Nurse (RN) in a Medical Oncology unit, providing direct patient care in a fast-paced, acute care setting.

Responsibilities: Utilize top-of-scope nursing practice, apply evidence-based care models, prioritize patient wellness, and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to achieve optimal outcomes. Model proficiency by precepting new staff and contribute to safety and quality at the point of care.

Qualifications & Skills: Valid CO RN license or eNLC privileges, at least 1 year of experience, and BLS certification through the American Heart Association or Red Cross.

Key Duties: Deliver care to patients with moderate to high acuity, support specialty units such as Med-Surg, and embrace continuous learning in a dynamic environment. Participate actively in safety and quality improvement initiatives.
