Description
American Traveler is seeking an experienced Oncology RN for an outpatient clinic position requiring skills in central lines, PICC insertion, and venous access devices.
Details
Outpatient oncology clinic setting
Focus on outpatient IV therapy, IV insertion, and venous access device management
Performs central line and PICC line insertion
AM shift, 8a-4:30p, 5x8s, 40 hrs/week
No on-call responsibilities
Requirements
Active GA or Compact RN license required in hand
Minimum 18 months of recent nursing experience required
Oncology nursing experience required
Experience with central lines, PICC line insertion, and venous access devices
Additional Information
Provide outpatient oncology nursing care including IV therapy and vascular access procedures
Candidates must reside outside a 50-mile radius of the facility to be eligible
Former Emory or Houston system employees must be separated for at least 1 year before returning, or 18 months if returning to the same facility
RTO requests are limited to a maximum of 5 days when not near a holiday, or 3 days when falling on or near a holiday, with only one holiday request allowed
