Schedule/Hours:

• Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Qualifications:

• Graduate of a Committee on Allied Health Education and accredited radiology program or equivalent

• Certified by the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT)

• Current American Heart Association Basic Life Support (BLS) certification

• Must have active New Mexico Licensure upon hire

• Preferred: 2-5 years of relevant clinical experience; IMRT and LDR/HDR therapy experience

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide radiation therapy according to prescribed treatment plans and recognized standards

• Review patient prescriptions and diagnostic information; collaborate closely with providers and support staff

• Prepare and maintain equipment, including immobilization and protection devices

• Maintain thorough, accurate records, reports, and patient files

• May aid in localization of tumor sites and participate in dosimetry procedures

• Uphold all policies, procedures, and required competencies ensuring quality care and patient safety
