School Based Occupational Therapist - Madison, WI

Soliant has partnered with a school district near Madison, WI to staff Occupational Therapists for the 2026/2027 School Year. This is a full time contract opportunity providing services to students of various age and disability levels.

Key Skills & Experience:

Active Occupational Therapy license (or eligibility) in Wisconsin
Experience providing OT services to K-12 students in an educational setting
Strong ability to adapt strategies to fit diverse learning needs and individualized education plans
Excellent communication skills for engaging students, families, and school staff
Commitment to fostering inclusive, supportive environments
Primary Responsibilities:

Provide direct and consultative OT services to support students’ education and functional success
Conduct assessments, develop individualized plans, and document progress in accordance with school and state regulations
Collaborate with teachers, support staff, and families to implement strategies and promote student engagement
Participate in IEP meetings, contributing your expertise to guide educational goals
Travel between assigned school locations as needed within the area
Compensation Details:
