Travel Physical Therapist - Outpatient

Role: Outpatient Physical Therapist (PT) for a travel assignment in Fair Lawn, New Jersey.

Responsibilities: Assess patient needs, develop and implement treatment plans, deliver hands-on therapy, educate families, and document patient progress to help restore mobility and function.

Qualifications: Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program, current New Jersey PT license, and eligibility for licensure and OP experience. Proficiency with therapy modalities and outpatient experience are preferred. Certifications include BLS, and a SSN and DOB are required. Travel experience is advantageous.

Key Duties: Conduct outpatient therapy sessions, collaborate with patients and families, maintain accurate documentation, and ensure evidence-based care delivery.
