Travel Outpatient Physical Therapist

Job Description

We are seeking a Travel Physical Therapist (PT) for outpatient clinics in Tucker. This role involves delivering rehabilitation services to individuals with musculoskeletal, sport, or neurological conditions. The position focuses on patient education, goal-directed therapy, and coordination with the care team for timely follow-up. Responsibilities include assessing and treating conditions, creating individualized therapy plans, providing manual therapy and therapeutic exercises, monitoring progress, and educating patients on home exercises and injury prevention. Candidates must have a Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree, a current PT license in the United States, and ideally 1-3 years of experience in outpatient rehabilitation. Specialization in sports or hand therapy is preferred. The work environment includes ambulatory clinics with scheduled appointments.
