Travel Physical Therapist assignment in Philadelphia, PA, in a skilled nursing facility. Pay ranges from $1,790 to $1,845 per week, with day shifts of five 8-hour shifts. The PT assesses residents’ mobility, strength, balance, and ADLs; develops individualized rehabilitation plans; provides therapeutic exercise, manual therapy, and gait training; collaborates with care teams and families on discharge planning; documents progress in the EHR; and educates residents and caregivers. Qualifications include a DPT or equivalent degree from an accredited program, state licensure or eligibility in the facility’s state, CPR/BLS certification, and experience in long-term care or skilled nursing settings.
