TLC Allied is seeking a Travel Outpatient Physical Therapist in Los Gatos, CA, paying $2,323 to $2,394 per week. This assignment has a Days - 5 x 8 shift. The Physical Therapist will assess and treat musculoskeletal and neuromuscular conditions, develop individualized therapy plans, provide manual therapy and therapeutic exercises, educate patients, monitor progress, document outcomes, and coordinate care with physicians, athletic trainers, and therapists. Candidates must have a Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) or equivalent, current U.S. PT licensure, CPR/BLS, and outpatient rehabilitation experience with strong evaluation and communication skills. The listed experience level is one to three years in outpatient physical therapy, including work with diverse patient populations and conditions.
