Job Description
Role: Registered Nurse (RN) - Medical Surgical (Med Surg)
Responsibilities: Provide patient care in a hospital setting, monitor patient conditions, administer medications, and collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure quality care.
Qualifications: Must have a minimum of 2+ years of relevant nursing experience.
Skills: Strong clinical skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, excellent communication, and teamwork abilities.
Key Duties: Deliver compassionate patient care during assigned shifts, maintain accurate documentation, and adhere to safety and procedural protocols.
Compensation & Benefits: Approximately $6,868/month gross pay, guaranteed pay, premium overtime pay, weekly payments, health/dental/vision coverage, 401(k) with employer match, housing stipends, travel assistance, and referral bonuses.
