Description

American Traveler is hiring a Nuclear Medicine Technologist with PET/CT experience for a day-shift position requiring ARRT(N) or NMTCB certification.
Details
• Nuclear Medicine department in an acute care hospital setting
• 5x8 hour day shifts, Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM
• No evenings, no call, and no floating required
• Weekend rotation of 1:4 or 1:5, with holiday coverage as assigned
• Every other weekend and every other holiday required
• Epic charting system experience required
Requirements
• 1-2 years of Nuclear Medicine experience required
• Associate's Degree required
• BLS certification required
• CNMT or ARRT(N) certification required
• ARRT(N) or NMTCB certification required
• PET/CT experience required
• License required if applicable
Additional Information
• Perform PET/CT and general nuclear medicine imaging procedures
• Free parking available in unrestricted spaces with no pass required
• Travelers are first to float if floating is needed
• Maximum of 10 days RTO per contract, with no RTO permitted during initial weeks of the assignment
• More than one call-off may result in termination, and no call/no show results in immediate termination
• Lab work must be completed within 48 hours of signing, and EKG/dysrhythmia exam within 72 hours of signing
• Returning staff must have a 366-day separation from prior employment at the facility before returning as a traveler
• Candidates must reside more than 100 miles from the facility to be eligible for this position
